Dates:  With the exceptions of June, July, and, August - Regular Meetings are held on the last (not the 4th.) Thursday of each month.  However, alterations to that schedule may be necessary to avoid unforeseen conflicts with holidays, special events, etc.  For an update,  please go to the Regular Meetings & Programs  page.

Place:  Room 102 Yates Hall, on the Pittsburg State University campus; located across from the football stadium, on South Joplin Street, in Pittsburg, Kansas.

Time: Regular meetings start at 7:00 P.M., and, are "intended" to end at 9:00 P.M.

Format:  Meetings begin at 7:00 P.M., with the presentation of the scheduled program ;  following is a "refreshment" break and other briefs, notices, etc.

Meeting Room: This room is constructed like a movie theater, with individual seats, on a sloping floor - designed to hold about 300 people.  It is equipped with the latest technology - including; computer controlled lighting, projectors, and screens; and is accessible to the the handicapped.  Upon leaving, we are responsible for the tidiness of this room; therefore, unnecessary littering is unwelcome.

Refreshments:  Generally, consist of hand-held items, e.g., cookies, brownies, etc.; and, coffee, tea, or, soft drinks.  Simplicity is the key word; because all trash items, e.g., paper cups, napkins, etc., must be completely removed from the room.  We respectfully ask your indulgence - please put all trash items in the trash container, which will be removed from the room upon leaving.

Door Prize:  It has been a tradition to have a door prize at each meeting.  Anyone wishing to donate an item for a door prize, please let us know prior to the meeting.
